About Us
Columbia Bands, Inc. is a non-profit community organization that gives non-professional musicians the opportunity to rehearse and perform challenging band literature while educating and entertaining the public in Howard County and other Maryland communities.

Participation in music ensembles and related activities is open to all. Qualifications for membership include interest and cooperation in organizational activities along with musical instrument proficiency. Members participate in band activities on a voluntary basis; however, small annual dues and donations are collected to help fund ongoing organizational expenses.
